Bill pressured me into agreeing to use his services and not resign with my bank saying he could get me a better rate for our renewal. Seeing all the good reviews, I agreed to trust him and let the banks offer expire and set to work providing Bill and his team all the documents they needed to secure the rates promised.After all that work, Bill came back to me and stated the lender he had in mind didn't lend where I lived and that I would be better off going with the bank.He and his team should have done their due diligence as they full on knew where I lived and they had ample time to communicate with me prior to the banks offer expiring.I found him unprofessional and lacking on timely communication.It was really frustrating.
