I used to like this Tim’s but now the service is soooooo slooow. Didn’t plan to spend twenty minutes in the drive thru.

On 02 November 2022, I went to the drive thru before work in the morning. Waited 15 minutes just to have their absolutely disrespectful employee FLAT OUT refuse my order at the window because I noticed at the last minute that I was short literally 4 cents, FOUR CENTS. I would have gladly made up the difference the next day but I simply forgot my wallet at home.I just wanted a coffee and donut to help me pull through the morning.You just lost a customer for life, over 4 pennies, you bunch of donuts.

Again and always having disappointment from this location. Bad veggies not good management. Few of them are just for fun dont know anything going one side to another no one sanitize or wash their hands before making your food. Worst service.

This Tims location is just a few minutes away from my house, and I've been going to it almost daily for 18 years. I've had good service and bad service. I've waited 2 minutes and also waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru. I've seen many employees come and go. But today, the way I was treated was bad enough to get me on here to talk about it. The attitude, the dirty looks and the rudeness left me feeling like I just never want to go back there ever again. Plus they got the order wrong.

One of the best Tim Hortons I’ve been to in a while. My image of Tim’s haven’t been very nice but this one stitched it up. The staff is friendly and seem to have a fun dynamic which is always good for business. Keep up the good work!(Clean up the place a little more!)

Horrible Horrible service. I live close by so I tend to go to this Tim Hortons because of the location. Every single time I have to wait over 20 minutes. When you finally get to the cash they don’t have what you ordered. I just went today and waited 1 hour in the drive thru. When I finally got to the second window to pay! They didn’t have half of what I ordered. The service is horrible. Unless you have 30-60 minutes to waste please don’t go there.

Bring a snack and coffee to not starve as you wait 30 minutes in the drive thru. I guess making coffee and donuts is complicatedFeb 26 update: Again, I don’t know why I came here. Waited another 25 minutes to get to the cash and be told that the debit machine is broken so I had to pay cash. So I had to go without my order. I’m actually giving a 1-star review to me for going back there. Dumbest decision ever.

Went there to dine in. First experience and probably last. Arrived around 16h said to me they were close with the most condescending way possible. Mislead me no where on there door or on Google map it says that they close their dine in. Still Plenty of people inside I was very confused.
