The whole process was professional from the adminstrative to the actual procedure. While not a fan of any dental or medical procedure, Dr. Tyler and his assistant made the procedure smooth and painless. While I don't want to be back anytime soon, I would go there right away if I had to.

I went to see Dr Tyler for unusual tooth pain that my GP dentist reduced to sensitivity and so I wanted a second opinion. Janice called me back to notify me to get a referral and that same afternoon i had a 3d scan done and a checkup done by Dr Tyler. Dr Tyler went over the scan, took the tooth history, and then explained the diagnosis and treatment options. Janice and Dr Tyler were extremely considerate and answered all my questions and I am so happy that I reached out to them. Thanks Dr Tyler, Danni and Janice

The following review was originally posted on Dr. Siu's Station Endodontics in June 2022 and updated in November 2022.I have been seeing Dr. Siu since 2017 for different endodontic issues. He is very knowledgeable, and have a great bedside manner. During the visits he would review the CT cans with me and explain the problem, listen patiently to my concerns and answer my questions thoroughly. All his diagnosis and prognoses have turned out to be correct.Besides being very professional, Dr. Siu stands out most in that he puts his patients’ wellbeing and interest at the forefront of his practice. One of my old root canal by a general dentist developed an infection and I was referred to Dr. Siu. He spent a solid one hour and 15 minute to redo the root canals through the crown. His work was well structured, precise and thorough. I felt I was in very good hands during the procedure, and expected good result.The area of the tooth however developed some tenderness a few weeks after the procedure. Sarah, Dr. Siu’s receptionist brought me in asap for rechecking, during which Dr. Siu adjusted the bite, hoping to relieve the problem. When the tenderness persisted they once again brought me in for CT scan and other examination. He found out that the root canaled tooth was actually healing, but it was the tooth next to it that caused the issue. It already had a filling from an early cavity. The easiest way to resolve the problem would be a root canal. I then booked an 1.5 hour appointment for it.What happened after is an example that Dr.Siu puts his patients’ wellbeing and interest at the forefront. Before he started the root canal he tested my tooth thoroughly one more time. When he felt that a root canal might not be necessary, he suggested me to get a crown on it by my regular dentist instead, and consider root canal if the problem is not resolved. What about the appointment time he had booked for me? I was quite concerned that he spent all this time on me without earning his wage. He was however adamant that whatever was best for his patients was most important to him. I was not billed for one penny for all these extra work and consultation he has given me.Needless to say that I feel very lucky to have Dr. Siu care for my complicated dental problems. His receptionist, Sarah, is also very kind and always tries her best to accommodate patients' needs. All his staff is also professional and kind.Thank you Dr. Siu and team!This is to follow up on my last review about 6 months ago.The discomfort on my tooth on which I wanted Dr. Siu to perform a root canal lingered. During an earlier appointment Dr. Siu suggested observing it rather than performing a perhaps unnecessary root canal. A few months later as I was planning for a two month trip to Europe I again scheduled a big appointment to see Dr. Siu, being well prepared that the root canal be done for once and all, and I would get the crown on it after. I told Dr. Siu I was all ready to do the root canal at the beginning of the appointment. However upon very careful examination Dr. Siu suspected the loosening fillings on the tooth and the adjacent tooth might be causing the discomfort, and suggested that we replace the old fillings. Again the cost of redoing the fillings was much less than that of a root canal, but he persuaded me to choose this option. Sure enough the problem went away one day after the work. The fillings felt very solid and smooth. A few weeks later I even received a call from Dr. Siu to see how I felt. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. I traveled in Europe for two months after without any issue. It has been more than 3 months now and the teeth still feel good.Through the years I have resided in different cities of the country and have seen many dentists. Dr. Siu is one of the most skillful, thorough and kind endodontists I have ever met. He always put his patients' wellbeing at the forefront of his work. I highly recommend him to anyone, especially patients with complicated endodontic issues.

I came in for a root canal and was happy with the dentist's calm composure, professionalism and work...Although the dental hygienist was coughing and sniffling throughout my root canal procedure. Yes, she was wearing a mask, but I was in the room for 1.5 hours with my mouth wide open. I woke up this morning with a horrible sore throat and cold out of no where.... You should never go into work if you're sick, especially if you work in a medical facility, while working on a patient!!

I recently had a root canal done by Dr Esther Chen, and I would highly recommend her. She does great work, and I've never had freezing that was done so efficiently. She has small hands, and is very gentle and thorough. I was extremely happy with the all the staff. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Dr. Siu and the staff are professional along with being very friendly both times I was there.

Dr Sui did a great job. After the root channel had issues due to allergy to the medication. He was available and change the prescription quickly. And he follows up which is a wonderful gesture.

I had to have a root canal surgery and looked for a best specialist in town. I was referred to Dr Chris Siu. I am so satisfied with his clear diagnosis and plan for the surgery. I had to visit three times so that he could make it done perfectly. Final result was excellent and done very clean. He even made a few phone calls to make sure if everything goes fine with his patient. Front desk staffs were very kind and caring as well. I would strongly recommend Dr. Chris Siu and his team for root canal issues.

I came here with the referral of Dr Jason Choi for an emergency dental procedure where I was in great deal of pain earlier this year. Dr Chris Siu took me in despite of his full schedule knowing that how much pain I was experiencing. Dr Siu and his dental assistant were professional, knowledgeable, skillful and compassionate. He found that the dental filling that was done at another dental clinic was performed incorrectly, hence causing an infection that's why I was in so much pain. Dr Siu did a root canal procedure and corrected the problem. I was so grateful for him and his team.

Dr. Chris Siu is amazing and so are all the technicians! I had a root canal and I can say that I was really anxious since it was my first. They all made me confortable and made sure I was pain free. (Even offered me a blanket during the procedure so I was all comfy). On top of that my insurance is a little bit complicated but the assistants did everything for me and because of that I had one less thing to worry about. Dr. Siu contacted me directly one week after the root canal just to make sure I was feeling good which is a really good indicator of client service. I highly recommended this clinic!
