Rhyzome Networks

Somehow they let our internet go down for the entire weekend. From saturday morning to monday morning no connection. We payed for that. lol. Too bad rhyzome is closed each and every weekend so there was nobody to contact to help us restore the network.If you like getting cucked i suggest subscribing to this internet provider.-edit:The rhyzome guys came to our house to investigate the terrible service we are getting and i overheard the technician literally admitting over the phone to home base that there is no good signal for their wireless antenna anywhere around our house. So they moved the antenna to right infront of our door, where it receives 1/4 bars of service. Very nice that we paid for this service and they do not even have the technology to provide it, or even the integrity to tell us: hey, we cant provide you our service, and we are putting in no effort to remedy that, so you should switch providers.goodbye rhyzome we will be switching at the soonest opportunity for us.

I have been dealing with Rhyzome for 8-9 years now and absolutely love it. I’ve only had issues with connection a few times and always had quick response from support and the issues resolved very fast whether it be on my end or theirs. There is always an email sent out if there is going to be work done to give notice and it’s usually in the middle of the night so there is minimal disruption to our usage. I highly recommend.

If you need an affordable internet service that will give you the basics, I would definitely go with rhyzome. Paying month to month and no contract is wonderful and their tech support is AMAZING. You get to talk to real people who actually care and try to figure it out and I was credited for any down time. I'd much rather deal with that than hours on the phone getting no where with other providers.
