They have washrooms which are essential at hot weather

Always a must stop when in the area. Grab a bite and/or java of your choice in nearby Cook street or explore the area's newly paved cycling and running tracks. Being one of Victoria's most scenic spot, this place never fails to deliver no matter the weather or time of year. It can get very busy on the week ends or holidays however so finding parking requires patience at times, but it is worth it.

Most of this park is beautiful. I loved wandering along the coast here and taking photos of tide pools, while the tide was out. There's an Angler's boating association building and washrooms here. The washrooms are unisex and I found it a bit odd that they were set back, inside a wall of glass. There are solid metal doors between the glass and the patrons, but still a bit of an odd design there. The facilities had feces on them when we needed to use them. There is a sign asking for people to call if the washroom needs cleaning. I think that system clearly isn't working as well as hoped. I hope they swap to just regular cleanings after seeing the mess. There are multiple benches for sitting and taking in the water along the top ridge, as well as a smooth, concrete ramp leading down to the water for those who want to walk the rocky, driftwood pack shore. Some walk down there and sit on the driftwood as well. The east side of this little park has meters of concrete bench seating. It's neat to look at but there is a stench of rotting marine life on that side, which when coupled with the venting from the washrooms, which also airs out on that side of the building, the stink can get almost eye-watering.If it wasn't for that smell and how gross the toilets were, I would give five stars. I hope the city figures out how to dissipate that stench soon.Dallas Rd walk path connects this park to Beacon park, in downtown Victoria.

Very cool place. Ocean and mountains view. A lot of benches and a lot of wind.

Clover Point Park
This is a spectacular park with idiotic parking. Instead of us being able to watch the waves being enjoyed by wind surfers, we are forced to turn our backs to them. Pretty sure this could be fixed for very little cost

A very beautiful park along the beach. Clean, large, and half-fenced “leash optional” area with great view of Olympic national park across the sea.

Really nice view from Clover Point of the mountains. It’s quite windy here so a bit cold but good for kites and some other parachute excursions people go on. Some benches to sit on. One section does not have much parking. You can walk down a trail or path along the water.

Great place! Be wary if you plan a picnic here. It is often very windy. Good place to fly a kite.
