St. Hubert Medical Centre

The doctors here are very friendly and helpful specially my doctor, dr Toye is very professional and even goes out of her way to try to help you with exams and appointments she will call you a lot of times herself to give you results and ask how you are.The nurses too, are very polite and friendly .The waiting time is good usually you don't wait to long for appointment.They have a sans rendezvous in the morning but only for the patients registered at the clinic.The ladies at the reception could be a bit more friendly and sympathetic to us sick people,when we call for appointment it seems we are bothering them and they aren't to happy to answering the phone but because of the good service of the doctors this clinic deserve 5 stars.

The doctors deserve the stars, they are friendly, professional in all their glory (I worked there for a shortest time).The secretaries are unbelievable (especially the blonde one) unfriendly, not helpful, they do not assume their responsibilities, no team spirit, the list goes on with admin...

Whenever you will call it will say ‘the customer you have dialled is not available”Wish they should have some empathy

Très bon service. Médecins et infirmières ont été d'un grand soutien et surtout efficaces . Les secrétaires ont été très compréhensibles et m'ont permis de voir un médecin rapidement. Merci à toute l'équipe

Vendredi matin je téléphone au centre médical ça répond j’ai ta 8minutes pour me répondre je veux juste dire à mon médecin de m’appeler la secrétaire m’a dit qu’elle ne fait pas de message au médecin je lui dis très important elle me répond non appelle demain à 8 heure je dit non je fais pas pipi de plu de deux jours. Pas de réponse bonne secrétaire les médecins sont très bon secrétaire Pa far

My family doctor is very nice and respectful. Id drive an hour from my place just to see her. The reason I gave 4 stars is because of my one time negative experience: carrying my newborn into a packed clinic (rarely this full), and I asked one of the ladies at the front desk if I could possibly sit on one of those many empty chairs (for special patients), since the waiting area for general doctors was full. With the RSV, COVID, and other flu going on, I would rather stay away from others for my baby's sake. Unfortunately, the receptionist said no". I find it disturbing to see elderly patients standing by the entrance

The blonde woman working the front office of the clinic is really rude and doesn't answer you when you ask questions. I will not go back to this clinic because of her bad attitude. I don't know how she still has a job there .

Very bad service when you are trying to get an appointment to see your family doctor. You try to phone in and it’s always busy. You show up at the clinic that is empty to only be told you have call by phone to make an appointment. Urgent matter seem not to be a serious subject to them. Secretly is even very arrogant. You only wonder if they are really there to help.
