A fantastic team at Peak! I initially went to Vanessa 6 weeks postpartum for pelvic floor work. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made a huge difference in my recovery. She also notified me of Audrey’s yoga weekly classes which I loved attending with my daughter. I’ve also heard awesome reviews from friends about the dry needling, which I fully intend to book in for myself. Thanks for everything ladies!!

My experience with Peak Physio has been wonderful. Audrey has vast experience and expertise and seems to be able to know just what is needed to heal your injury or manage pain. The environment is warm and inviting and I would highly recommend Peak!!!!

Audrey is professional + knowledgeable with a clear focus on moving you forward. I've been to lots of physio + Audrey is by far the best! Peak physiotherapy is a great space, warm + welcoming. Highly recommend!
