Bought roses last week and they lasted 2-3days. I was not given flower food packet neither. Wrapping was of a colour that did not match the flowers. The roses I buy from any other florist usually last 1-2 week in good care…I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I’m quite disappointed

Amazing work I walked in last minute and the florist created a flower arrangement right infront of me and it was great and the price was good as well.

They were absolutely gorgeous and I am still getting compliments on how stunning they were. The flowers lasted quite a long time and we enjoyed them for several days after the wedding. Nolan and his staff did an amazing job on short notice for myself and a group of friends. When I sent him the message that I needed something ASAP he jumped on it and gave us exactly what we asked for and more. The flowers were amazing and everyone commented on how great they looked and my group was very happy with the arrangement. This was a very sad time for me and my friends and it was nice to know that I didn’t have to worry about our arrangement being amazing. Thanks to Nolan and his team for taking such good care of us and our needs at this sad time.

I placed an order online for same-day flower delivery in the morning and I called to find out the status in the afternoon and I was given the runaround. The lady with a Spanish-speaking accent was extremely unprofessional and rude and stated that my credit card did not go through as to why the flowers were not prepared. I told her that if that was the case she should’ve called me but I know that I had enough funds on the card and why I purchased the flowers. No accommodations for made it was basically “we will just cancel it”.I would never purchase from them nor recommend them to anybody. Buyer beware.

I’ve ordered from flower creations and epic baskets many times. The customer service is excellent. The baskets are great quality products and such a great presentation. The flowers are all beautiful and you can definitely tell the quality workmanship that has gone into creating the arrangements. They have also been very accommodating for those last minute orders. I’ve used them for both my business and for personal orders. I always recommend them to anyone. The feedback that I get when people receive the products is how much they love them.
