Pizza Pizza
I had very low expectations coming here. Pizza Pizza is known as the bottom of the barrel in terms of a quality, authentic pizza. I can say without a shadow of a doubt the reputation is well earned. The real problem is the crust, which has the consistency of a gelatinous rice ball, sauce is ok and cheese is the standard greasy affair. I was at piece with all that. What I can't understand is the complete inability for staff to follow simple cooking directions. Whether it be well done, easy on the cheese, or extra sauce, the staff seem to be on auto-pilot. Blast your special intructions, Pizza is prepared the same way EVERY time. My first visit here I returned the pizza for a refund. Several weeks later I was starving and decided to roll the dice again. Same story, pizza was not cooked as specified. I ate a few slices and threw the rest to the racoons. Standards are so low, you may as well get any frozen pizza from the grocery store and bake it yourself, you will be much better off.

Nice place to have pizza s . Ordered a combo where 2 medium pizza and 4 drinks with customisations and garlic dips. Snehal helped us with the smooth ordering process and it took around 20 minutes. We did order half moon cheesy bread also. It’s open till 2 am. Huge parking space and yes very spacious wooden seating with a clean WashroomThanks

Staff were extremely rude. Pizzas also had an unbelievably low amount of toppings. Many slices had less than 3 olives on them. I do not recommend this location.

I’m paying for my food and a brown girl with out a hair net told me I can’t dine cause she had to clean, we were done eating and she did absolutely NOTHING. Very bad service go to Jane and Mac, even better POPULAR PIZZA, They at least give good service and food

I ordered a XL pizza but was given a large pizza from the major Mackenzie location.They don’t seem to care even after an issue is raised.Is this how they save money!Pics attached

Very Delicious pizza. Good quality with cheese and toppings. I visited this location , ordered veg. Pizza. We all liked pizza too much. Also liked French Frice. The ambience was awesome and staff was so friendly. I would love to visit again and again.

Snehal customer service is out of this world! She deserves a raise!!!I asked her to make the crust crispy for me in the oven they heat up the slices. And she went the extra mile to make me happy. I’ll only be back cuz of her service and the food quality that I wanted.

Once again my order was messed up twice after following gentleman in who was also complaining about them messing up his order. I must say since the staff became only Punjabi the quality of service and food here is the worst it's ever been. If you cannot speak/ understand English properly you shouldn't have job where taking orders in English is the most important thing. Also look at the comments, 95% of the 5 star ratings are from the employees and other Punjabi people probably coerced into leaving fake positive reviews or they just treat them better because of their own racial bias. Hire Canadians for Canadian businesses. This is sad how a once good business was infiltrated and destroyed by people who have no respect for real Canadians. Hire a new team please.

Just rushed in for a pick up half an hour early. Got the food in 15 min. And they we're excellence! Never seen a pizza like that for a while: properly cooked, just enough cheese, toppings were well placed and balanced on the top, no excess tomato sauce, which made the pizza looked burnt. Even the slices we're cụt evenly. Really enjoyed the pizza!
