Titan Towing

Ron (I think his name was Ron) from Titan Towing helped me tow an old car to a car shipper using a flatbed tow truck, and was incredibly helpful in the process. We ran into a hiccup with my original plan and Ron saved the day by helping me find an alternative solution.I should also note that while he was unloading my car at the destination (a temporary storage lot), a supervisor at the lot observed, It's nice to see someone doing this properly!" -- she was referring to the care that Ron took when unloading my car (which is lowered) off the flatbed

I would like to speak to the character of the man that owns this business. Today, Jay witnessed my grandson get hit by a car that decided to speed away. Jay took it upon himself to not only chase the car down, but to bring the driver back to the scene.Thankfully my grandson is okay. I am beyond grateful for Jay's quick thinking and his willingness to help. I am also extremely hopeful that the young driver learns from his mistakes and actions so this never happens again.Thank you, Jay. You served as a shining example of what a person should be for all of us today.

Tow truck driver was on time and was friendly. But they damaged the undercarriage of my car when I did have it towed about a month ago. Only today I am now receiving news that they will cover their damages. They are a good towing company but could use a little improvement on their speed of handling incidents. Overall I would still recommend this service nonetheless and consider this just human error.

Great company, had my car stolen and they were contacted by the police to recover it, the tow bill was fair and they knocked some of the tow off as well. I had come to retrieve my car which had 2 blown front tires and their driver Eric was able to tow it across the road so that I could swap the tires out.Nice people, will use them in the future

My car broke down 3 hours from where I live. It was a miserable day so the towing industry was no doubt busy. My road side assistant try having a local towing co. take care of me but it would have been 2 days wait to get my vehicle home. The road side service called on Titan Towing and they had a truck in the vicinity and room for one more vehicle. They showed up 20 minutes later and discovered that there were challenges to towing a Subaru, the driver said 'not to worry, I won't leave you here stranded'. The diver's name is Jeremy Willcox and I'm quite certain not all drivers are created equally, this gentlemen is one of the nicest young men I've met in forever. Great conversation on the three hour drive, he delivered the vehicle and me where we both belonged. He turned a bad day into a great memory. I wish him and his family the best and congratulate Titan Towing for theit keen sense of hiring to have this person working for them. Thank you both and of course I would recommend this company and driver to all.

Had my car taken in for 30 days (a nice expensive wrx sti), they put a door ding on it and tried to touch it up and pass it off as not their fault... I called them on it and got the dent fixed but they are fighting me on it. Very underhanded and unprofessional company!

Fast, well equipped,friendly service with your safety their first priority. Was at my vehicle within 20 mins, and had me and my vehicle home safely within the hour.

On time, driver was knowledgeable, and they were able to drop the car in the garage. I trusted them with my girl and titan towing did an amazing job.
