Best Phlebotomist' -EVER ! I've had many a blood test in my day, and the Staff here, are TOPS. Friendly, Professional, and always efficient. Early afternoons are best for most tests, as the mornings can be busy with the Fasting" test patients. Remember to have your Heralth Card and Doctor's Requisition. :)"

I came in for urinalysis one day in the afternoon. The waiting room was fairly busy at that time. When the person at the front desk helped me, she barely looked at my requisition and told me the wait time was 1.5+ hours. I go home, book an appointment for the next morning and the lady who helped me this time had a completely different approach. Much better btw. I even mentioned to her that I had an appointment and she told me since it was a urine test, she would just give me the containers. So it means the first person who assisted me was lazy and dismissive as she could have just done the same. My previous experiences at this location have always been good, but I hope management works to prevent this from happening again. Our time is the most precious thing we have, and I’m sure every customer appreciates when the staff is caring and has the appropriate approach for each situation.

If you are planning for your blood work please dont choose this location, My appointment was booked for 10am and I arrived at the location at 9.40am. I reminded the lady at the reception that I do have an appointment but the responce was shocking Never mind"

This place is awesome. The staff here is excellent, Super Friendly and very Knowledgeable. I only waited around 6 minutes to get in. While you wait they have a screen that tells you approximately how long it will take to get in and what order you are in. Also you can call ahead and schedule an appointment for a certain time. Another bonus to this place is that there is free 2 hour parking out back.

I was not impressed years ago with the need of a double draw. However, this one has the advantage of being open on Saturdays, which means I can use it without missing work time. It is a feature that should be more available.

I went for my blood test. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was called to get into a cubicle. A young staff member came inside and explained about a perticular test. Apparently this is test is not covered by OHIP and asked if I am ok to pay 60.00 CDN. I said sure. She was with the mobile cash machine during this conversation. She demanded I pay first. I said, I will pay when I go out. She said the company policy" doesn't do the test unless I pay in advance. Out of principle

I had to come here to get blood work done and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The technician I had was excellent and got blood taken quickly and it was almost painless. They were very busy , but I didn't have to wait very long.Will come here again!

I'm still in shock the parking is free but here we are. Very easy to get in and out. Friendly and efficient staff. Nida (wears a hijab, slim) was excellent. I've always had trouble with small veins but she found one faster than anyone has and was very quick and gentle. Barely felt a thing. If you get her, you've lucked out. Would drive from the NW end just for her .

I am currently 26 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I had an appointment at this location today for blood work and my glucose test. When I got into a room the lady said we would do my blood work at the end and so I let her know I would need to lay down. After a few minutes she decides to do my blood work right then and didn’t acknowledge that I had said I would need to lay down. After the blood work and drinking the liquid required for my other test I was sent to the waiting room. After some time in the waiting room I started feeling light headed, sweaty and nauseous. I went and told a couple of the ladies at the front desk and was told ‘we don’t have any beds available go sit in the waiting room’. After some more time I started feeling worse (no one came to check on me) I made my way to the bathroom where I was sick (still no one checked on me). When I got called again to go back for more blood work, I told the lady what had happened and her response was ‘it shouldn’t affect the results’. She did not ask how I was feeling or seemed to care that I was emotional at this point. She started prepping me for the bloodwork where I once again had to say I needed to lay down. The lack of caring or concern for a patient that was feeling unwell was appalling to me, along with the fact that they didn’t seem to know what to do at all with someone who had told them they were feeling lightheaded. Going through tests and having blood work is never fun, but having this reaction makes it worse and being pregnant for the first time made it scary. I will not be returning to this location for any more test that may need to be done in the future.

This blood clinic is slow, but the staff are very kind and effective. I think this location is just overwhelmed by the volume of blood tests from the hospital. If you are ok with waiting, the staff will treat you well and the test will be done effectively.
