Aster Wellness Centre
Went in for Naturopath services with Dr Vanessa Lee. She was very kind and listens very well and takes notes of all your issues. She helped me find a problem I have been trying to figure out for years. Very talented and honest. I recommend her if you have not been to a naturopath before and maybe are nervous or skeptical like I was. She's very educated and her recommendations make sense and work. Thank you Dr Lee for helping me!

Lynn has been an amazing support to me as I navigate through some challenges in my life. It’s very easy to talk to her and the positive changes I am seeing in my life through counselling have been invaluable. Their front office staff is a very personable and kind person and the setup of the waiting area and offices are warm and inviting. I was somewhat nervous to take the step for counselling but have had nothing but a positive experience here.

I have been seeing the dietician at Aster Wellness for the past three months. She is amazing! She has been able to help me with preventing stress eating. We have also been working on the craving change crash course, which has been life changing! I love Elizabeth! She is so nice, sweet and overall wonderful!! I have recommended her to family. She is the best!!

So happy with the massage therapist Jen at Aster. She is kind, knowledgeable, and experienced in all aspects of massage therapy. I look forward to my appointments as I know I will feel amazing after! Front office staff are so helpful and make you feel like family!Also Lots of services offered all in one place .

I have been here many times over the past few years for massage. Nina, the RMT I've seen, is excellent. The other staff I've interacted with have also been very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
