I have been a long time customer of Vegreville Ford and I had recently purchased a used vehicle as a commuter. The remote entry code was not with the operator's manual so I had inquired with Eddy Sadlowski if the code was with the file. It wasn't so he arranged with the service department to retrieve the code for me. A technician was dispatched right away and was able to retrieve the code for me.Thanks goes out to the sales and service departments on their prompt care and looking after their customer!

Fantastic service! Efficient, intelligent, trustworthy, and respectful staff working there. I would consider driving 1 hour to get repairs done there, and I would highly recommend them for a vehicle purchase. Great job!!

Service was excellent and in the light of inflation costs were reasonable. My 2011 focus has gone I 230000 km. My focus still does not require additional oil between oil changes. It doesn’t burn or leak oil. Vegreville ford has provided servicing and maintenance on my 2011 focus”s journey. The personnel are great, knowledgeable and dedicated to their customers. There is only one place I would bring my 2 Focus and that is Vegreville Ford!

Vegreville Ford, not my regular service provider, booked my vehicle in on the same day I called on an overdue oil change. Very courteous service! They made a recommendation that I trusted them with and they accommodated my request to make payment over the phone. Highly recommend!
