Dr. Catherine deserves to be recognized for her extreme compassion, knowledge and helpfulness. We were beyond grateful to have her diagnose Simba, treat and terminate his skin cancer during Dr. Ians absence. We have been coming to Martintown Animal Hospital for over 10 years and every time we leave, we always feel fortunate for their service and wonderful client care and veterinary team.

Hi we take our dog Casper there. Let me just say that is place is not all about the buck. They really care about your pets and work very had to keep prices great. This is on of the best vet places ever. Very kind caring compassionate staff. i would never go anywhere else i love this place too much and their staff thank you so much Casper Michael Paquette

Dr. Ian MacNaughton came into work on a holiday and opened up just for us for an Emergency Visit. He went above and beyond to try and treat our 11 year old boy Oliver on a few occasions. Unfortunately after the bloodwork came back it confirmed the worst and we could no longer bare to see any further suffering . Hardest decision of our adult lives. I could not have asked for a better animal doctor or experience although a piece of us has left us forever. We felt compelled to leave a review. A passionate straight forward man doing gods work . Extremely Affordable and blessed to have this Doctor.

Staff is always friendly. Very happy with the care we receive for our fur family. Highly recommend.

The girls that answer the phone need to work on Compassion and customer service skills.I have been going here for years but one more bad experience with these girls and I will find a new vet. The vets are amazing but when you call for help for your pet and you are treated like you are a burden to them...not great business

Ian and his team are beyond amazing. Ive been with them for almost 9 years. As a breeder we have experience every situation possible. Ian has helped me at all hours of the night. I cant count the amount of emergency visits we have had. His saved my dog when i though there was no hope. I love how real he his and always tells me the truth. Durning covid they needed to expand there team and all the new staff are great. Ive had kevin a few time as a veterinarian an love his vibe, you can tell they all truly love what they do.

I've been holding off on reviewing as I so desperately want to give 5 stars, but just can't.Here's the short form:Pros: Good prices, amazing caring vet serviceCons: Reception is nice, but I've experienced too many issues to rate higher than 3 starsLong form:Vet service is amazing, they all give plenty of info and detailed care. My issues with the reception namely stem from 3 occasions, the first was when the vet during an exam removed a tiny bump on our dog's eyelid, he said it would only take a second so he could just do it quickly (which was true). However, this was marked in the dogs file and without the vet's knowledge, the receptionist then added a $170 surgery" charge to the bill! This got refunded when we brought it up to the vet; however

Always great friendly service. Never had a problem with my 3 dogs.

Dr. Ian saved my dog Leo’s life not once, but twice. He is the most honest and humble vet that I’ve ever had in my many years of owning pets. He will tell you exactly what the problem is, what’s necessary and what isn’t. He will never do testing or other procedures unless it’s necessary (unlike other vets who simply work for the monetary gain). He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and calm in his approach. I only have wonderful things to say about him and his staff. He truly always has the pet’s interest in mind - for example, instead of keeping Leo at the clinic all day (which would cost a fee) he suggested that we return him home where he would feel more comfortable and our love to help in the healing process. This is just one of many examples. We are VERY lucky to have him as a vet.
