Canadian Tire

Going to Can Tire on Spar Rd was a horrible experience . The floor greeting staff (3) were too busy chatting to notice me... I actually had to wave to get their attention. There was a maze to go thru to get to customer service. Then took me a very long time to get service in sporting goods. I went to buy a bike. By the time i was done i had vertigo and the sales man was so pushy i didnt even want the bike. Ohh dont try to go out again. Back thru the maze i went....they actually wouldn't let me out the same door i went in!! I have mobility issues so walking thru mazes wasnt on my agenda that night. Ugh.

Very bad service we got in our last visit.Asked for a help nobody was there to help. Two employees are saying 2 different matters regarding 1 product.

My self Raleesh, iam owned a Toyota Rav4 2011, this review regarding a complaint about the service done by Sydney Canadian tire.It was just a hand brake issue, I told them to repair the hand brake and make it as how it work.Unfortunately I found that it was not performing well even I spent around 500$. I went back to same place and requested to them to check what happened. But the reply from the team I got was make me surprised. They saying that hand brake (emergency brake) won't be stop the car when it on (N) hear or a slope surface, even they saying that it wont hold a car. I don't understand why the staff or the mechanic from a reputed firm they saying a unethical explanation about the work.I try to talk with a duty in charge, she again surprised me, she said she doesn't know anything about a car hand brake. Only one lady staff( she is little old in counter) she explained me about this, however iam not satisfied with the service. Totally pathetic service. I just want to give my car to Toyota authorized service center and let me do the better service for my car.

Very disappointed. Lounger was displayed with 2 pictures and very detailed description and price of $59.99. when I went to purchase one was told it was $169.99. Picture and price on display book were very clear $59.99. Asked for the manager and was given no satisfaction. The reason given was that was the price of its cover which was no where on the display. Looked like false advertising. And anyone not paying attention at the checkout would have gotten a surprise when they got home. Won't be shopping there anymore! Wish I could attach the picture of the display which I intend to send to head office ......

C.T. USED to be good but now every thing isCheaper at Walmart. Lithium batteries$4.00 cheaper at Walmart for 4 batteries ??? Windshield washer , plus a few other things.

Needed a ratchet and sockets from locked cabinet. Could not get anyone to open it. First employee said he would send someone over. After waiting a good while I went looking for the guy and found another employee who said someone would be over. After waiting another while I caught up with a third employee who said someone would be over within two minutes. No one ever came. They were not busy, this was late Saturday and barely anyone in the place.

3 star just for parking area for big trucks. I was delivering here. All other things about Canadian tire are great.

The staff were very helpful with helping me find where what I was looking for was supposed to be located. However, again they did not have what I was looking for, even though the website said it was in stock. They need to make sure the stock is updated online and matches what is actually avaliable in store.
