Pool Village

Below review was posted by me in July about 2 years ago in 2020. After this post, I didn't hear the guy played loud music in his backyard, so I deleted the review before that Christmas. Last year I heard once. Today on June 4, this guy again is playing loud music now and it is already lasting more than an hour. Low is Low, they never change.~~~Original review in 2020~~~This company is the same company of GR Pool. They have an employee put a loud speaker in back yard playing loud music irritating neighbors every summer year after year. The business running by this sort of low people is NOT trustworthy. Stay away.UPDATE: Above is my initial review, thanks the owner put feedback, I copy it here and let everyone see how you responded. Was searching everywhere for a particular Hayward Salt Cell, only to be told by everyone that “they were out of stock and not sure when inventory would be replenished.” I stumbled onto the Pool Village website when searching on google! Lucky for me!!Called the store, spoke with Maria, who took the time to tell me that the Hayward Salt Cell model I was searching for, had been replaced and updated with a new model number. Nobody had told me this prior to Maria.She had 1 in stock! I made my way there to buy it. Maria took the time to full explain the new features of the cell. When I was there I could see the store was filled with lots of happy customers!!Great customer service!Keep up the great work Maria and team!!

As a first time pool owner it is a bit overwhelming. However the team at Pool Village made my experience stress free. They not only told me exactly what my pool needed by testing my pools water. They also gave me detailed step by step instructions on what and how to do it. They were very patient and thorough. Excellent customer service!

Maria is fantastic, always available, knowledgeable and very helpful. The rest of the crew is well versed in helping find solutions to problems as well. I've been a customer for 4 years now and have nothing but great things to say about Pool Village. Prices are very reasonable if not better than most places I've been, but their service is what makes it.

So helpful and friendly. They really are experts in all aspects of your pool! They make pool maintenance really easy!

Great people, always a great experience. They provide Free water testing when you bring a sample. Their prices are some of the best around. Every time I've shopped around, they always came back the cheapest. I'm lucky I live close by!

You can't help but love this place. Chemicals always available, Staff knowledgeable and willing to help you with anything. Maria is outstanding, wrote the book on customer service.Only place I recommend to friends.

I needed a part for my pump, Maria was able to order and get in same day. Who does that any more? Great service, always.
