Best thing about having them awarded the work is the customer service you receive thereafter.Tight deadlines were needed so I contacted the office and spoke to Terri-Lynn and she was quick to act by getting in touch with other departments to ensure our project was not held up and materials were ready on time. Terri-Lynn even offered to bring the items directly to site... Great customer service all around!

I have been dealing with Ultra Lite Doors with over 10 years now and recently the last few years I have been dealing with Terri-Lynn. She has been nothing short of terrific, he knowledge supersedes any sale person I have encountered thus far at this branch. I have had some difficult projects where my clients went back to the drawing board over 6 times and Terri-Lynn meet me on site several times and turned additional pricing around in most cars overnight. I would highly recommend asking for Terri-Lynn if you require anything which has to do with overhead doors.

She has always responded to my phone calls even when she is on holidays, I call this great customer service and dedication to her job and clients.Ultra-Lite Doors have installed two loading dock doors for us in the past and they did a great job from start to finish and Terri-Lynn followed up all along the install period. The crew at Ultra-lite are great in what they do and present themselves in a professional manner. Company driver is an absolute bone head. Driving north on deerfoot june 2 at 7am goes from fast like 500 meters before barlow exits promptly cuts over all four lanes of deerfoot cutting off several people. Once on barlow trail completely unprovoked he starts riding a red Honda civics bumpers within one or two feet while going 70km an hour and pulls up within inches when the light is red. If this was my company this person would be losing there job. Imagine if this is how he drives imagine how he works on our job site!

I was driving along 19 St NW by 16 Ave when an older man with a beard in a white truck started driving extremely close to my car. It was to the point where it was considered dangerous driving. He then proceeded to cut me off and I could also hear him yelling the entire time. I was absolutely appalled by the interaction especially since he was driving a company car. Intentionally putting other drivers in danger is extremely unprofessional. If this is how they drive while in a company car, I can only imagine how they operate their company.
