I haven't had the need to use a storage facility until now.Ryan at Storage Mart was incredible!The level of customer service was second to none. Ryan took the time to explain the small print making sure there was no hidden costs or anything to blindside me going forward. I received a great price in a really nice facility. This Storage Mart facility has outstanding management and is well-maintained. It is also easy access from Deerfoot Trail. The management office also sells lots of difficult-to-find moving supplies.

Quick and easy set up. Ryan was a big help.Only issue is how they store snow in the yard. Hard to get moving trucks in to load and offload storage goods. They should remove snow from the grounds to make access easier

Units are clean and dry, staff is friendly, good location. Only complaint, when vacancy was low and prices went up I paid the price but when prices went down they weren't willing to give me the going rate. Moving to a new unit with a new contract at the going rate isn't a huge inconvenience but wouldn't it be nice if they'd reward customers who've always paid on time with the market rate without having to move?
