Canadian Tire

This is one of the best Canadian Tires! Hands down. Pat Higgins is a treasure in the community and his staff and store reflect that. I've never once had a problem and in fact when there have been any kind of issues with whatever life throws at us, they are helpful and fair. The store very well kept as well. I frequently go into other big box stores and they're just a mess. Not this one.The auto department could use some organizing. Myself and four other customers present all expressed dissatisfaction in regards to the length of time it took to get our cars back. I don't mind of it takes a while, but please keep me informed. I saw them take my car out of the bay, and put the keys on the desk. It took about another hour for them to get back to me with it, and even then I had to ask to have my car back. Then while standing at the counter, after being told I could be cashed out, the employee helping still completed OTHER tasks wgike I was standing there only to switch desks and ask me to come down to the far one to be checked out. Priorities don't seem to be in order. Unacceptable. But the rest of the store is top notch.

Very pleasant and helpful staff inside location BUT we had to have our truck repaired at the auto body shop today. When we received the truck back there is damage, one manager owns up to it but the second manager Desmond completely denies responsibility. Calls later, when told he would get a call back he proceeds to make threats. AVOID THIS AUTO SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!

Great store to shop! The people are very nice and also helpful if I need to ask where something is. The guys in the auto department are always very helpful, too.

Great store and franchise but the cellular single in-store is terrible when trying to access real-time product location. Store WiFi is not an option due to security risk.

This Canadian tire is a big box store but it makes you feel like you are in a community/village store where you are treated as part of the community. The manager is a professional young man that leads by example and works like he is one of the employees moving stock around always busy so you would never know he was the manager unless he was pointed out. The staff are also very helpful and honest. Never a bad experience in the last 10 years.

After another garage sold me tire and my truck shook as I drove. The original garage abandoned the job of fixing the issues. And Canadian tire ended up fixing my issues and the cost was more than reasonable. I will use Canadian Tire for all my tire needs. .

Amazing customer service and a great overall experience. The store is so clean, well managed and well organized. A huge thank you to all the staff who helped us with our patio furniture but a big thank you to Brittany. We will definitely be coming back to this location.

The store itself is great. Always friendly and helpful. I decided to bump up the rating based on the many friendly interactions with the store staff.Unfortunately their auto service centre is terrible. Went there for simple diagnostic work. After they looked at the car, implied that I probably know a “Chinese guy” who can do the work. I’m sure the guy was just ignorant but nevertheless it was upsetting. No hard feelings. Just need to focus more on the customer experience.
