We are very happy that we made the decision to contact Pillar to Post home inspectors. David Smith did a thorough inspection of our new construction home, both interior and exterior. He took the time to explain the process and clearly answered our questions. The report he sent us the same evening of the inspection was detailed, had lots of photos with clear descriptions, had links to 360 degree images of every room, and lots of other excellent info for our present and future needs. David was very thorough and informative; he gave lots of advice on small fixes and improvements I could make, and let me know which issues need attention quickly. I received a thorough report with photos of all the issues we discussed during the inspection so didn't have to worry about remembering it all. I feel much more confident in purchasing my house after his inspection. I would recommend David to anyone in need of a home inspection.
