Went to this location to renew my passport. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant and took lots of time to answer my questions, review my documents, etc. This is the second time I have dealt with this outlet and both of my experiences have been very good.

Staff are very nice and extremely helpfull just walk in for renewing passport the staff are knowledgeable ,took lots off time to answer my question, it takes me 15 mins done to renew passport.

Sheryl (Cheryl?) was super helpful in answering all of my questions about my EI application, my My Service Canada Account, and information on the back end of my Social Insurance Number. I've been in there 3 times in the past 2 days trying to navigate Canadian bureaucracy and they were helpful every time!

Listing says they’re open. Phone line says they’re closed. Still within business hours on a weekday. Exhausted dealing with the continuous shortcomings of these government services.

Security was nice. The old lady staff that helped with our passport application was rude. I was with my toddler (of course kid is loud). She looked at us and said “the kid isnot mandatory for the passport, he can be outside”.Unbelievably rude!

Not very informative or helpful, have tried to submit passport documents multiple times and each time I get told different info,1- was I needed my baby with me as proof I was submitting for the right child, matching the photo.2- I needed both parents present, which is hard as my husband works away.3- cannot submit passport paperwork after 3:30pmPretty crazy the amount of different people telling me different things but never eat the same visit.

When you get to the counter the staff are very helpful. However the last 2 times I’ve been there has been one member of staff and two security guards...typical government waste of resource. Two security guards really does not seem necessary. Replacing security guards with people that can serve customers would significantly reduce wait times.

Never thought I’d give any government office a 5 star rating but the Service Canada location here in Squamish definitely earns this rating.From the super friendly and helpful security staff, to Rina who so politely and competently assisted me - I simply couldn’t have had a better experience.
