Forest Park Homes

I'd be reluctant to buy from this builder again. They don't live up to their commitments and don't seem to care. Housing development is incomplete after three years. Externally no landscaping so it's a mess of weeds and subject to numerous complaints from the surrounding neighborhood. Appears that won't be done until 2023 if they live up to their promises. Seems they're building in Stratford. Buyer beware!!!

Absolutely terrible service after you take possession of the home. They cut corners building the houses, construct them in two months. Then the homeowners have to battle with them to get things corrected.They also go by Earth park/Forest park/Hearthstone/ INCOMPETENT HOME BUILDERS!

I would never buy anything again off of Forest park homes. Their quality is fair, getting them to fix things after I moved in was challenging. I've had to wait 6 months and I'm still waiting for things to be completed. Their staff members are not responsive and blame you for having to ask again when they ignore your request. One staff member in particular is often very rude and unprofessional. I have heard this feedback from other owners of Forest park also, as well as our building manager who has had nothing but problems with her. Again... I would never, ever by anything from Forest park homes.
