Good concept and kind staff but requires a lot of work. Buildings don't feel safe. I slipped and had to leave and since they wouldnt let me back in to pack my own things I'm missing a lot of stuff. It's a needed service in the city but I definitely wouldn't go back.

Went to visit at 583 furby and was attacked by the caretaker because my gf left her keys in my jacket have to yell up to tenants due to no working buzzer to be buzzed into the building so run the gauntlet of the drug addicts doing drugs in hallways caretakers rarely clean as seen same needle sit in same spot for over a week when i said enough and wore my kevlar glove to dispose of it caretakers walk the hallways witj no ppe at all during a pandemic but this is suppose to help foundation is a joke i try to talk to property manger to have her treat me like one of junkies that are in the hallways at all hours of day or night yes will be looking for a safe place for her asap
