Tim and his crew installed our WaterFurnace heat pump in 2009 which provides air heating and cooling, as well as some hot water preheating. Tim was very particular about having adequate air ducting throughout our house. His design has worked flawlessly over the last 12 years. He even came by just before our 10 warranty ran out and checked over the system. Quality work - Quality service !!!!

Started out ok came when he was supposed. After he sent the quote we wanted to hire him. He never got back to us. Overall very poor customer service.
