Cam Clark Ford Canmore

While traveling through the BC Rockies and into Alberta last week, my truck started experiencing 'hard-shifting' and the truck would 'shutter/shake' while under acceleration. The situation presented itself as what I believed to be a transmission failure of some sort. I arrived in Canmore Alberta and took the truck directly into Cam Clark Ford. The service department was fantastic. I spoke with Gracie the service representative and explained I was traveling through and asked if they had time to look at the truck. They fit me into their hectic schedule to do an inspection and diagnose the issue. What they found was a different issue all together which was causing the malfunction. The Cam Clark Ford Team did a a terrific job in doing their best to get the truck repaired and me back on the road. They repaired the truck and it drives like it should!!!A HUGE THANK YOU to them and all they did for me. 5 STARS and a boat load of gratitude!

My husband and I purchased a used vehicle with the help of Kelly and Victor. Kelly responded quickly to all of our questions with clear answers and got back to us if he didn't know. He had the truck clean and ready to go for us before we arrived. He even went out of his way to book us a hotel.Victor completed our finance paperwork and was wonderful to work with. We appreciated his advise and also loved that he respected our decisions.We look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

I was in town and my Toyota Tacoma started having emergency power issues so I brought it right to Cam Clark Ford just before Christmas in December 2022 for a power emergency and was greeted by a kind professional and skilled staff member who quickly came up with a few possible solutions immediately giving me options as they where completely booked and had to work me into the schedule. My spouse and I were in town doing groceries when the truck failed and are so grateful for the Service team who got us home to Banff with all our groceries while they kept the truck for two nights, had the necessary parts expedited to them and kept me completely informed the entire time. I feel my confidence in the service team was not miss placed and I am 100% satisfied with the high standard of customer service and thorough testing and maintenance performed by Cam Clark Ford.Thank you for you exemplary services during the holiday season!HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

We broke down with flat tire mid afternoon on a Saturday, we called around but everywhere was booked up... called Cam Clark Ford, they got us in right away & had us back on the road in no time! Very appreciated!!

I had the worst experience with these people. I paid them to store my summer tires for me. I made an appointment to get my winter tires switched. I get to the appointment (also note I live 45 minutes away) I had to wait 45 minutes before they could even tell me that they don’t have my tires there ready to go for the appointment. They said they would call me when they found them. They literally lost my tires. It took them two days to tell me. Then they called me to say that they would order me new tires, except I have to pay for them. They offered to pay some of it but I’m pretty sure I should not have been paying anything at all since I paid them to store my tires and since THEY lost them. I wouldn’t even have needed new tires if they had not lost them. I was not in a position where I had planned to need to pay over $300 for tires. I get them to knock down the price to $150 which was definitely not as bad, but I still think I shouldn’t have paid them anything. Then we finally get to the point where the tires are in and can be switched. I made an appointment for 9am and then they call me to tell me they can’t get the tires there until ‘later’. So then I get there for the later time (1:30) they told me and the tires still weren’t there. I left my car with them and they called me at 4:30 to tell me the tires finally showed up. So I had to wait until after they closed for my car to be finished. Then they tried to charge me more than we had agreed upon. Maybe they just forgot, but that’s not the point. They even asked if I would be storing my winter tires with them and that “they promise they won’t lose them again”. Ha ha so funny. They tried to convince me by saying they could knock the price of storage in half. Honestly I should have even asked for a refund for my storage cost because obviously they didn’t store my tires. For all I know they sold them to someone else. I will never be going to ford again because I have had way too many issues with them before. Tread carefully with this place. They are so unprofessional and disorganized.

My serpentine belt blew just outside of Canmore and limped into town and parked on side of road, close to Ford dealer. Let’s just say I was working on truck for several hours (with 3 kids under 5 and two dogs on a hot summer day)Ian from Cam Clark came over to ask if everything was ok, and offered for me if I was able to move truck to the dealership and he would see if he could help. In the end they helped me fix two idlers and install serpentine belt and got me back on the road. I cannot say enough nice things about Ian and the tech that helped! All this being said I was driving a Chevy truck so that was even more impressive!!(I had called Chevy dealer to help and see if I could bring truck to them and they said they where two weeks out to see truck)Thanks again much appreciated!!

I recently had appointment take care of a recall issue from Ford and. the service at Cam Clark Ford was outstanding - the service advisorswere friendly, efficient , and knowledgeable. The work was completed quickly and effectively - I would highly recommend this dealership.

Had a very pleasant experience shopping locally; at the Ford dealership!Was on the look for a used half ton pick-up truck and not only they had what I wanted, they also had a very professional Salesperson. Kelly assisted us with given all information while never putting any unnecessary pressure, which I didn't want to have!Kudo to the Ford Team; we had a good time, was shown what we needed and really appreciated our experience!Benoit & Annie

Driving from Banff to Calgary on a Saturday, a screw in one of our tires, we put some air in it, and hear a hissing sound.Someone recommended Cam Clark Ford, so we called them, and they made an appointment for us 3 hours later.We met Darrel, he was friendly, we had a great conversation with him on where to see wildlife!Within 30 minutes, they had removed the screw, patched our tire, and placed our spare back in our trunk. Why are spare tires smaller, reduced speed, and reduced distance?Anyway, we drive a Hyundai Tucson, so a Ford dealership was not our obvious choice, but their friendly nature and awesome customer service means we highly recommend this place to any vehicle owner.

Ended up with a flat tire on our way to BC and the staff at Cam Clark Ford went above and beyond to help us. Special thanks to Kate for her care and service. We really appreciate making a difficult day easier. Highly recommended.
