I have been dealing with V-Tex for many years and they are very knowledgeable about their products and the service is outstanding.The staff are the kindest people and really go out of their way to help in anyway they can, explaining products and how they work but, in a manner you can understand, super friendly...Its almost like they know what your looking for before you even know what you need. Outstanding service , can't say enough ,. Great work !

I am a Family Physician just west of Toronto. I had been looking for a Dictation Solution to help me to finish my work in a speedy and efficient manner. I have been an EMR user since Feb. 2005. It has been becoming more difficult to use the Templates for patient care. I had used Dragon Dictation (Non Medical version ) for few years. However, this was not very convenient due to inability to log into multiple computers at the same time.After my web search, I contacted Ms. Hy Nguyen in June 2018 at the VTEX Voice Solutions to inquire about a better & a portable solution. She helped with various options.I decided to go with the SAY IT software.It has been a tremendous help for me to finish my dictations in any Examination Room, Home or even if I am away. All you need is the iPhone App and a Wi-Fi Connection to log in. I am able to complete the patient charts on time and stay worry free about any pending work.Eventually, I have also been able to convince my colleague to get the SAY IT APP for her self. Ms. Hy Nguyen helped my colleague with the same to get faster with chart completion. I like the free flow dictation and freedom form using Templates.Promptness of care provided by VTEX Voice Solution Team is commendable.Thanks a lot Ms. Nguyen for your help.Dr Manjit Singh Virdee
