Excellent service, hourly updates on when washer would be delivered. Amazing experience ordering online, very clear prices for removal of old machine, installation of new washing machine , which included hoses. Ordered machine on a Thursday, delivered and installed on Saturday. Installation and removal of old machine was quick and easy and they were super friendly. Couldn't find one other retailer that was this efficient and easy to order from and set up Installation. 100% would recommend!

Very smooth experience from start to finish. Ordered a washing machine online, received an email to book and pay for the product- had a slight issue booking my delivery time and called their customer service one evening and was actually able to speak with someone who got everything sorted for me straight away. Delivery was quick, even got a 30 mins heads up text. Crew put down mats to protect the floor while they brought in the machine, installed and tested it. Very professional and a very smooth experience.

Your sales rep gave me helpful advice; I got a good fridge at an excellent sales price - and you delivered it the next morning! I got messages that the truck was on its way and then a message that it was 10 minutes away. Beyond helpful!Lastly, your delivery guys were efficient and easy to deal with and advised us about how to treat a new fridge - and told us that CAS would check within a day or so to ensure all went well and the fridge was working fine. I could not imagine better service from start to finish! Thank you!

Ordering my new refrigerator from CAS was the best appliance purchasing experience I've ever had!The price was the same at CAS as everywhere else.Everything else was better than anywhere else:- Ordering it online was simple.- Arranging delivery was simple.- Delivery was FREE, and within TWO DAYS!!On the morning of delivery, I was able to track the delivery truck and knew exactly when it would arrive. The delivery guys were excellent too!!

Happy with the experience. Great selection, fast delivery. The fellow in the showroom seemed a bit sluggish.....I looked at several models on the showroom floor and didn't find what I wanted. He was not helpful. I found what I wanted online without him...but when the machine arrived, very quickly, it was great and a minor quality issue was very quickly cleared up to my satisfaction.

Their warranty is a scam. Our dryer is still under warranty and doesn't work. After 2 months of contacting them they finally sent a repair person who didn't fix the problem at all. After several more times trying to contact them via phone and email my wife was hung up on twice and two weeks later still haven't heard from them. The warranty company has a one star rating on Google and when we contact CAS they say it's not their problem. Already contacted my lawyer.

Delivery was quick and the crew were friendly and efficient. Once the packaging film was removed we discovered a dent on the freezer door. Customer service offered options to rectify the problem and unfortunately, waiting for a replacement door is a lengthy process. The refrigerator itself is as good as expected. They definitely don’t make appliances like they used to for a reasonable price.

This review is based on the order to delivery process, and I'll come back and update the review if necessary based on if any issues come up in the future and I need to deal with customer service.We needed a fridge on short notice after ours died and the cost to repair was basically the same as the cost of a new fridge. We went online and none of the big box stores had the fridge we wanted in stock and available for delivery as quickly as what CAS was quoting (next day). We ended up deciding to update our stove in the process since my wife had wanted to replace it for a while. From the time we put in our order online to when the delivery was made we received pretty frequent updates through email and text message letting us know the current status. The delivery crew got the old appliances out and the new ones in relatively quickly and without incidence.Overall we're pretty happy with the process from start to finish.

Customer service and delivery were excellent. The prices were better then others and the next day delivery was the bonus.We bought an LG fridge because our old fridge died. Great to get a new one so fast.

The ability to select a fridge online from a large inventory of brands and models then get it delivered the same/next day was amazing to me. We were able to track our order and like clockwork, a very polite, personable and efficient delivery crew removed our old unit and positioned the new one. Thanks
