Bosley's

Giving 2 stars because I usually go to other Bosley’s and usually have a good experience and love the dog washes. The low rating is because the employees were very stand offish towards me for some reason but noticeably friendly towards other customers. From the time I walked in, they didn’t even make eye contact, no hello, no nothing, I had to get someone’s attention and ask if the dog wash was available and I did so with a smile but it most definitely was not reciprocated. And again no hello or anything, just a flat yes and literally walked away from me and didn’t offer any other information. I had to figure out which bath to use and I noticed that one was deeper so for big dogs and the other more suitable for small dogs, and where the shampoo and conditioner was, and whether it was already watered down or not. Another reason for the low rating at this particular location was that the dryer nozzle kept falling off but again, the employees didn’t care so no point in telling them. Even when paying, just the most stand offish attitude when asking if I have a phone number and method of payment. They were very nice and talkative to pretty much everyone else that came in but didn’t even offer a hello or how was everything to me.

Good selection, super friendly staff. We could use a big pet store on the west side, but Bosley's is a great alternative. A little pricey compared to the big box stores, but way better than grocery stores or Walmart for your pet's needs.

Love this location! Employees are kind but don’t follow you around the shop, they check in once or twice and then leave you to browse which is so refreshing!Additionally, they have an extensive product selection and great sales every month. Highly recommend!

Was there today, Belle helped me in the aquarium section getting some plants and things for home. She was such a sweet girl! She was knowledgeable about fish, plants and aquariums. An absolute pleasure to chat with today! I go here a lot and am always pretty happy. ❤Was there again today for my dog Dexter's birthday! As always they were fantastic!

Stopped in here for some supplies I needed to catsit for a friend. Labels in store made it super easy for me to find what I needed. Staff was friendly and enjoyed the interactions with them. Prices seemed fair and lines moved quickly.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Took our 3 dogs to the doggy bath. Great set up, with big tub, various shampoos and a conditioner and towels.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. For a pet store, the prices are comparable and there is a good selection.

Miley's Spa afternoon was easy and fun! Belle was fabulous!
