Fruiticana

This review is specifically for the Fruiticana store located on 96 ave and 128 st.As of April 2023, this store is not managed effectively. The evening supervisor on the weekdays is really inefficient. Their carts are always locked with chains so that no one can use them, only two carts can be used. Even after inserting a loonie, other carts can’t be released. When I asked for help, the store employee said it can’t be taken out and I have to wait till a customer returns a cart.I took this to the store supervisor and she rudely refused to offer any help. They don’t allow the baskets to go out of the store. Really a store that causes inconvenience.I give them 0 star, -5 (minus five) starts if I can, but google won’t allow that.

They guys don't even deserve one star. If we buy something that's not good in quality. They have to return it. But they complete their side by saying we don't know or we can't do that. This is not a great way to do business. You can't run a business by the names only. Learn how to earn customer loyalty.

Been shopping here for 15 years I’m physically disabled need my own grocery bag to shop explain to them why I have to use this bag still they did not allow me to shop with the bag. Lost a customer over bag what is there to steal

Today I bought a watermelon from here and upon opening the watermelon it was white inside. Then I complained the manager of the store about the poor quality of their product and he gave me the weirdest advice of refrigerating the open watermelon for some days so that it will ripe well. Honestly i just want to give big zero for poor customer service as well as poor product quality.

Please put two people at cash counter while closing. Today I went to store near 20 minutes before closing there was only one girl working She was very much tierd and there was a long line up. She looked little in hurry and tierd. How could we expect her to be effecient all alone with a very long line up!!!! Do something about it. Do not put more stress on workers!!!!!!

today we visited there and there was one girl at the counter at approx 11.40 and she was very rude with the customers. specially there was one old man who was asking something from her but did not even pay attention to him which seems so rude and very disappointing. A conter attendent should be respectful and patience to their customers.

Convenient location and reasonable prices. Quality of indian produce is good. Indian snacks are easily available but little overpriced compared to other competitors.

I was there yesterday to buy grocery in the late afternoon. While I in the lentils/ nuts aisle, I saw one girl with her mom, non stop picking up nuts and eating, while I was very next to her, I found it very wrong and unhygienic so I told her politely that she should not pick up the nuts and keep on eating because other customers are also using the same bins. Very funny her mom did not stop her. However she didn't stop and we notified the staff member about it.
