My wife and I were celebrating our 30 years anniversary of marriage, I booked at dinner time for me, my wife, and two of our closest friends, it is a good place, but...... for my wife and I we had the same orders Caesar Salad (the worst I have ever eaten) and (medium) Roast Rack of Lamb which we are still struggling (my wife and I) is it a real lamb or just rubber lamb (as we see in old Chaplin movies) the rack of lamb jumped out of our dishes many times we kept laughing all the night from that unexpected anniversary. I ordered non-alcoholic beer but the waitress said we have one only last so I left it to my friend, and I ordered soft drink which came in a small glass with a lot of ice, after 5 minutes it turned into watery soft drink......I am not recommending that restaurant for my friends

Very friendly and welcoming staff. My boyfriend and I came in on a whim in our sweatpants and had a wonderful lunch. Our food was good and overall a great experience.

Great serving and service. My stake was perfect from every angle. Desserts were delicious too. The interior is stunning. Of course a bit pricey but well worth it. Highly recommended.

Our first visit but not our last! Celebated my birthday lunch in their beautifuly appointed dinning room. Our meal of vegetable beef soup and a beef tenderloin sandwich on a toasted demi baguette was perfection. Absolutely delicious!

Great meal service. Always like to come here for dinner. Prime rib was so filling I didn’t even have room for desert. The salad was also unique - perhaps too large of a portion.Will be coming back for sure.

Our family of 6 had lunch at the Idlewyld today, and I was very disappointed with the service and food. The waitress was rude, did not know that mocktails are nonalcoholic, she did not replace the soup spoon that she dropped, and she did not know what fish was in the fish and chips. The fish was soggy, the mocktails were bitter, and because the chef’s chocolate pudding failed, it was poured over ice cream and passed off as a sundae which was not ordered and not approved by us. The meal was not worth $300!

The hidden gem of London.Absolutely gorgeous property that takes you out of the hustle and bustle of life and sets you in a place of tranquility.The attentive staff, the GM Elon, were all friendly and courteous. The buffet was clean, delicious and fresh, they make it in small batches so it's never sitting out to dry.The icing on the cake is being greeted by Mr. Farhi himself, he went to every table and took the time to speak to them. He was genuinely curious on why they were here and if they were enjoying their stay and breakfast.
