I bought a watch band on Jan 26, 2023. I bought the size that the woman recommended I buy and I wore it the way she recommended. I would normally buy a medium and wear it loose, but she was very insistent that I buy a small and wear it tight, so that's what I did. It cost $35 and she charged me an extra $5 for the pins. The other day, just over 2 months later, it broke! It is also quite worn around the edges. I went back to the store and showed it to the woman there ( I think it might have even been the same one who sold me the band). She told me could give me a discount on a new band. I said I'd like my money back for the old one. She said watch bands don't have a warranty. I said this band has lasted a little over 2 months. She looked at the part of the band that broke and said that possible moisture got in and wore out the glue. I reiterated that I bought it just over 2 months ago. She said something about watch bands sometimes lasting 2 years and said one lasted barely 2 months! Again she said there was nothing she could do. Very poor customer service. I will never buy anything there again!

I needed a replacement band for my grandfather vintage Seiko. The kind gentleman was patient with me picking out a two toned band. He installed it quickly and without charge. Helped me size it correctly and even shaved down the edges so it would fit perfectly. Great service.

My Rolex submariner perpetual winder stopped working recently. I took it to deluxe and a young gentleman there opened it up and claimed the watch is a fake and told me to buy a new watch instead. Shocked and worried I took the watch to an official Rolex service house and to my relief they certified it as genuine. I have no idea why Deluxe Time called out my watch as a replica and turned done my business. The owner seems very nice though.

Only basic work can be done here. Battery changes or the like. Brought a watch in for repair as the crown will not screw down. He looked at it. Said no and I should buy a new one. The was a $2000 watch.

I would give a zero star if there were any.Overcharged for batteries. Take your watch elsewhere.
