Decent affordable housing in the west end, for low income adults, mostly bachelor apartments.Have some community events i.e. bingo, meals occasionally.Apartments facing the park have some nice views on the higher floors i.e. up to 19 floors in the building.Close to st Paul's hospital, Davie street, and stanley park.Some parking and storage is available.Note there are some pest" control issues
