Bindy's Caribbean Delights
Rotis are the main thing to get here although they do serve other related items. They fill up the roti to be a good ratio of content to the thin layer or roti. I enjoyed the large chunks of potato and chicken in my roti. Flavouring was ok - it is not spicy (if people wonder if it is). Average pricing goes around $11.

The curry chicken dish was Excellent! The Roti... I ordered beef but got chicken. It was ok, but I've had tastier Roti's elsewhere.

Bindy's Caribbean Delights
I recently visited Bindy's, a Caribbean restaurant located at The Forks, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed.Service was friendly and open to answer all my questions of the food.The menu at Bindy's has a variety of Caribbean dishes, ranging from roti wraps (I ordered the bison) and jerk. The shrimps and meat were juicy and tender, and the seasoning was perfect. They also have sodas from Trinidad and Tobago which are really cool. I would highly recommend Bindy's to anyone looking for a flavorful and authentic Caribbean dinning experience.

I ordered the Jerk Shrimp Rice and Vegetables today. As I told the lady my order, she visibly rolled her eyes and sounded annoyed as she passed my order to her other coworker. I saw them pull a baggy out from the fridge and put the shrimp and veggie on the hot pan. Microwaved the beans and rice. The salad was made to order, which was good. After the order was made, she handed it to me like I had just inconvenienced her from ordering there. The food was okay, but everything else was bad. I'm never going to go there or recommend this place to anyone.

Bindy's Caribbean Delights
I just came from eating at Bindy's Caribbean Delights. Indeed, it is truly a delightful place.I had the bison roti. Delicious and juicy! Full of flavour. The curry and spices blended surprisingly well with the bison meat.I took the hot sauce on the side, so I could taste and feel the fullness of what it has to offer. It is what it is, hot. Great flavour, and it put some sweat on my forehead, as well as make my scalp itch a little bit, exactly as it should.I could not finish all of it, which means I now get to have it again for dinner tonight. :DI will be back again, to try their jerked chicken! And I am looking forward to it!

YES!!! If we are in the area, or feel like Roti, this is the only place we go. Our kids loves their roti too, which is great for us, I love the jerk chicken spices that they do and often get a side with my order. Definitely worth a visit.

Bindy's Caribbean Delights
How can one not be happy when they can get doubles?! Doubles here were tasty, but both the bara and the curry were a tad on the dry side; however, the flavours were excellent. The cucumber chow was crisp and refreshing on a warm day. The aloo pie was very tasty. Everything was a little spiced for Trinidad authenticity, but not so hot as to not appeal to any customer. Service was friendly and quick.

So someone's been recommending this place to me for a while and in the end,I was slightly dissapointed.The Roti was DELICIOUS,and acted as a buffer against the incredibly spicy chicken.The Pineapples tasted a little old,and the the plantain chips didn't taste fresh at all.That aside,I loved the jerk chicken,but I have to say the heavy spices killed the experience for me.To make it worse,many items from the menu were missing so what I actually wanted to get was unavailable.The service felt rushed as well.I think this is still a good restaurant, and I would invest cautiously.
