He did my 50th birthday party dinner and it was fantastic. Even through the power outage we had, he still pulled through. Best customer service and great food. Especially the jerk pasta!!!!! Well done sir.

Chef Douglas is extremely professional, well organized, and passionate about his craft. His food is amazing- everyone at my event wanted to know where the food was catered from! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Chef Douglas again for future events- he is great for corporate events, birthdays, weddings, etc.

Creativity, expertise, reliability and punctuality are all qualities that I look for when hiring a chef for a personal or corporate event. Chef Douglas Hall met and surpassed all these expectations. My recent responsibility in organizing an event for over 90 educators resulted in a level 4+ meal from Chef Hall! Not only was the meal exceptional in all aspects, but Chef Hall's professionalism, presentational skills and flexibility left all in attendance enquiring about his availability.
