I was very impressed with Unauthorized Performance! I had ordered new summer tires from them. On the day of my installation, they had my new tires installed on my old summer rims as well as had them on my car (and winter tires off) all in 10 minutes from my appointment time. This was amazing! No having to leave my vehicle or wait for hours. They were on the ball! And when I cashed out they told me about a tire rebate which was a wonderful bonus! Thanks Mike and the rest of the team at UP! I will definitely return and would definitely recommend to others looking for tires.

Knowledgeable stuffs fair price and nice show room. I would prefer the staff to use parking brake or wait till the car settles before shifting into park, otherwise a great place for wheels and tires setup.

Competitive prices...that is why I keep coming back! They quoted multiple rims and tires and never hassled me to make a decision.Original review: I purchased a set of rims and had them mounted on my summer tires. I shopped around and couldn't find a better price. They also informed me of the tuner nuts and hub spacers I needed for the rims. I booked an appointment for install and they we're installed in 30 minutes. I checked their tightening torque afterward and it was correct. However the tire pressure was supposed to be set to 30 psi and all the tires were 6-8 psi over inflated.

Great selection and after sales service too! I punctured the side wall on one of my tires and the got me a matching tire. Had it mounted and balanced the next day. One of my locking lug nuts was rusting because someone hit it with an impact and they had a replacement on there. So many places these days sell you what you ask for then forget about getting anything from them later. I went there by recommendation of a friend and I would send anyone who asks me.

From ordering my Rotiform wheels and tires, to the delivery and installation day, the gentlemen at UP were very knowledgeable, skilled and helpful. Been going to Unauthorized for the past 7 years for all my wheels and tires that I buy, they're normally really busy which is not all a bad thing because it means they do a proper job and customers like me keep returning.
