SKY Residences at ICE District

I moved into the Sky Reisdence two weeks ago and it's been a great experience so far!Richard Chicoine went over and beyond to help with arranging the move especially since I had only two weeks to find a place . He made me feel like I'm home, and worked hard under pressure, and ensured that even though I changed my mind on the floor layout about 10 times, he was so accommodating. He responded to my text messages promptly in a professional manner.After 5 video call tours with Richard, I went with the floor plan D1 and its a perfect decision. The view is amazing , I love how much natural lighting comes into the kitchen and bed room. The view during a cloudy day makes you embrace the gloom while many people hate it . And I can't wait for the winter and seeing the beautiful snow and city lights. Worth experiencing!!!!

I just moved In here recently and I’m already in love with the building. Richard and Luciana were very helpful! The building has amazing amenities and a great sense of community! I’m very excited to take full advantage of the building perks!

Good service both before and after move in. Great concierge and maintenance team. Amazing amenities, quiet, good quality units. Feels comfortable right at home. Commercial docks and equipment made moving in a breeze. Can enjoy hotel services. Highly recommended

Updated as of Nov 18th 2021.While moving in, ill admit was nice and easy, Richard went above an beyond showing us the units on a few occasions. And Eric,Nathaniel, and pierion are absolutely amazing when it comes to concierge service.We ended up getting the H unit 2 bed 2 bath plus den, and the layout is amazing and the quality is above standard. Barely hear neighbors above or beside you and elevators are fast and spacious. The amenity spaces are show stopping with the views of downtown and below ice district area. The massive patio/terrace and hotub are the best features of the amenities. And there is ample space for parking. Even for pickups.Most issues we have had were dealt with promptly and professionally.Whats holding me back from a 5 star review is the following:-Guests are only allowed 2 free hours of parking (up to 10 cars a month) otherwise if its a game or event night its $20 a vehicle-cell phone reception in our unit is less than adequate, have to be right up against the window or calls drop.-before we moved in we were told there would be a dog run put in since there isn't much for green space. Then right after we sign they said they weren't getting one (was a major deciding factor for us and feel kinda cheated)-the patio/hotub/bbqs were closed all summer due to a defect in the building and no compensation was made.-whoever makes the decisions for the building, seems to be missing the mark the residence residing in the building.

Moving into Sky Residences has been a great experience. The views of Edmonton are breathtaking and the amenities are first class. The staff are professional and they really attend to the needs of the residents. Richard has been working above and beyond to make sure all of our questions about the property have been answered and made the move in process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an Edmonton downtown city lifestyle.

Tallest tower in Canada outside of Toronto. Views are breath-taking, unbelievable to have this development in Edmonton.

Moving into Sky Residences has been an incredible experience. Richard and Luciana went above and beyond with the service. The amenities are top notch (we are looking forward to when they open!) We are proud to call this our new home!

Don't be fooled. Richard is great for like a month when you move in. After that it is like pulling teeth to get a response. They don't give you your damage deposit back. The amenities don't work half the time.
