Absolutely worst shipping experience we’ve ever encountered. First they raised the price on us that they had originally quoted. Then they picked up our car 2 weeks late. Finally, to top it off our car arrived scratched up, front spoiler hanging off, and a huge dent on the driver side door! They are ignoring my calls and have not provided any insurance information. I do not believe they are insured and I’m in process of hiring an attorney in Canada. Please beware of this company!!!!

Dropped off my van on 2 September (now 16 October) to be shipped from Toronto, Canada to London UK. I was told it would be loaded into a container the following week, it wasn’t. They do not return my emails. And from all the bad reviews am worried what condition it will arrive in, that’s if it hasn’t been stolen!

they are very disorganized, misplaced my key for over 1 month which cost me money for storage at receiving end. they also deny any wrong doing as i didnt have marine insurance the tires were all flat and 1 punctured when i picked up the vehicle. they misplaced my key and the receiving shipper charged me for forklifting even though its not my fault key was misplaced. this happens with every car, forklift damaged

I've not used them directly, but company I've signed contract to import this car used them for my car import.Cargoux get's Two starts, because I received my car after all.Only two stars, because they failed at the very beginning of the shipping. During pickup from San Diego Copart site, no one bothered to make any pictures. I've received damaged car pictures from the loading terminal only. They said it was this way and that no one took pictures during car loading. I do not care if they used sub-contractor to deliver that car, they failed and never cared to take any responsibility.I guess routine lost them, but lack of will to react is most frustrating.Definitely not recommending this company, unless all others are the same, which I doubt.
