Purolator consistently misdirects our shipments. More than half of packages sent my way I am required to travel 45 minutes out of my way to pick up. Their customer support seems trained to dodge accepting accountability.Dear owner, the label on Google is Purolator Shipping Station.

PUROLATOR SHIPPING STATION
It says they are open. They are not open. I’ve been driving around Guelph trying to find a location but they all say they’re open when they aren’t and no number to call. There’s no space in the drop box for my packages. What am I supposed to do? How do I know what location is open and when? This is not the first time this has happened to me, I’m genuinely confused how this company is still in business.

Good service but no employees are ever there. Every time I come no one’s at the counter and have to wait 30mins for them to come back.
