Not Just Caulking

Matt is not only one of the nicest guys you'll meet but also does great work. We hired Matt to replace our window caulking on our 2 story home last August and could not be happier. He is very meticulous and professional. A lot of time was spent removing the old caulking and replacing with the new caulking (with the correct tools) so it was done properly. His prices are very fair in comparison to others. (refer to 1st picture)He is also a hero (to my parents) who around the same time hired a few guys to replace their window caulking and were almost swindled. (refer to pics 2, 3 & 4). These guys charged a lot of money, did not have the proper tools and tried to rip off my parents. They left them with horrible work on their 2nd story and luckily they had not paid yet and we sent them on their way. We called Matt immediately and as busy as he was... he managed to squeeze in my parents job before winter. Not only did he have to do the job but also fix the disaster these guys left behind. Once again, he surpassed our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt (Not Just Caulking) to anyone.

Friendly, professional service at a great price. We had some drywall in the basement that had water damage and needed to be repaired. Not only did Matt do a great job repairing the damage, he patched up a few other spots in our house while waiting for the mud to dry. Thanks Matt!
