Field Hockey Shack
Wow! What an awesome experience. My 8 and 11 year old daughters left this store with huge smiles across their faces this morning. Super friendly staff, an incredible selection (for such a small, cute store!), and their prices are really reasonable. I would highly recommend this store for any parents out there looking for equipment for their kids. Such a positive experience for my girls, and I appreciated the effort.

My 7 yr. old daughter is starting field hockey this Fall at West Vancouver FHC, and I know absolutely nothing about the sport! My experience at the Field Hockey Shack was just incredible this morning. They took 45-minutes to properly outfit my daughter with a Junior Starter Package" (what a great deal BTW)

Field Hockey Shack
Brought my 8 year-old daughter and 11 year-old son down to the shop today. We are all new to the sport, and don’t know much! The staff at the Field Hockey Shack are truly amazing… made my kids feel super special and got them amped-up to play this new sport. Highly highly recommend this store… they really know their stuff. Worth every penny. Bravo!

I read the positive reviews, but this has not been my experience ordering from their website. After numerous attempts to contact them by email, call and text I still haven’t received my order. DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

We did initially run into issues with the store being closed despite the website saying it was open. See my previous review below. However, later that day the store manager contacted us, apologised profoundly and we arranged to go back to the store the next week. Service was great, staff was very knowledgeable and the previous mishap was made up for.Previous comment :Website said the store was open. We came all the way from the other side of the bay (50min.drive each direction) Shop closed. There was a number by the door to call

If you need field hockey gear you must go to the field hockey shack. The selection is great and the staff are outstanding. They will take the time to ensure you have the proper gear for your size and there's no UPSELLING. Prices are reasonable and they also have sales.
