I had a quickly-approaching engagement photo session, and my heirloom ring needed to be polished within a couple days. I called a few shops and was told that the polishing would not be completed until after the session. This was not great news for me, until I called Seropian Jewellery and found out that my ring could be polished by the next day, and at the most reasonable cost compared to other shops. I was able to drop off my ring, and by the next day, polishing was completed. My ring looks more gorgeous than ever! Very grateful for such quick service, and will recommend polishing services here to those who seek it.

I highly recommend Seropian jewellers for every single one of your jewellery needs. Ben is amazing and is extremely skilled, his work is exquisite! I have been to at least 20 different jewellers over the last 8 years and they've all said that I could not resize my wedding rings without losing some of my diamonds. Last week I saw a post on Facebook that Seropian jewellers were able to replicate a ring for someone that no one else had been able to do, so even though I'd given up and resorted to keeping my one finger bent at all times to keep my rings on, I decided to stop in and just see if they could do it.My rings needed to go from a 7.5 to a 4.5, Ben assured me he could do it and my diamonds would be safe! I ended up leaving them with him that Friday, and was able to pick them up today (Wednesday, less than a week later) and I am so unbelievably impressed! They fit perfectly and don't fall off no matter how much I shake my hand around, and they were cleaned and sparkling and gorgeous! All diamonds were intact! Also the engraving on the inside of my wedding band which I totally forgot to mention to him is still there! His pricing is extremely fair and reasonable and he is extremely kind and awesome! I’ve had jewellery repaired for a fraction of what the jewellery stores were asking as well as watch battery replacements. Absolutely great prices and fantastic service.

My fiancé and I ordered my ring online. Everything was perfect except the prongs that hold the diamond in place were too thick for my liking. I brought it into Seropian to get a quote and Ben was able to do it same day at a very reasonable price. My ring looks fantastic now. Very friendly and quick service. I highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of meeting Ben in February 2023, when he was recommended to us by a friend.We had an expensive diamond ring we needed to size and we needed someone to trust with it.We had it sized. His timeframe was exact. When we picked up the ring, we brought in some 22kt and 10kt gold to see if he might buy it. He gave us a very fair price. I also brought in a gold bracelet to repair and we subsequently bought 2 wedding bands from him that he ordered in. Again, his time frame was exact!!Ben is not a high pressure salesman. He makes suggestions but no pressure. He is a genuine craftsman. A rare GEM!!!He is experienced and he is the one who does the work.A humble man, who is passionate about his craft. He does custom pieces and has some premade pieces in stock and also has catalogues to order from.His prices are great! We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a good jewely service.
