From my experience using her services’ she is very professional and puts a human touch to service delivery. She is genuine, ethical and trust worthy. She makes a conscious effort to ensure her clients are satisfied with the service despite the service being so affordable.

Jas is great at her job. I appreciate her work. We had a bad ordeal with other notaries. However jas was able to clearly communicate our file to us. I had great experience with Jas Arora Notary as they are very responsive and helpful. They go above and beyond to help their clients and would even make exceptions and work over time to make sure their files are processed on time. I called this morning and I asked how much how it costs to notarize 2 invitation letters for sponsorship for my family members. The lady on the phone seemed nice and told me $20 per paper. We went to the office and had the papers notarized. When it came to paying the price went up to $30, the man who notarized the papers got very aggressive and rude when I told him we were quoted $20. He ended up charging us the 20 but only after making it clear that the whole misunderstandinging about price was my fault because I didn't clearly state its an affidavit. I personally don't know the difference between papers and affidavit I just gave her the description of what I needed. I don't appreciate being talked down to and told this is your fault. Even my husband said maybe you guys should ask more questions over the phone and he just goes we don't have time to ask questions we are busy"Very poor customer service. Even as we are waiting other people come in wait and no one comes out from the back to greet them so they just leave.They don't even have an interac machine you have to do interac e transfer which they tell you after all your papers are done. What if you don't do online banking? Shouldn't they give this information before hand?"
