Absolutely terrible.Very difficult to reach by phone and had needless delays and was never updated as to why.I know they are probably busy but there is no excuse for such poor service.

Went there last week for an appraisal, the gentleman that was dealing with me was very professional kind and courteous, also very informative as to the process my vehicle would be going through. I appreciated his assistance and knowledge. I have also received a call back from the Chrysler warranty centre and my work is booked and covered under warranty, so my wife and I are pleased!Five star service so far! I will update once the work is completed.Based on customer service so far I would recommend this location. Again I will update when work is completed and I've received our vehicle back.

Very hard to get a call back. I left a message at 10:51 am this morning and again this afternoon and still no response. This isn't the first time this has happened. I've been waiting to hear if my work has been approved since April 22, 2022. They say they sent the quote off, however when I call Chrysler Canada they say they haven't received it. I will keep giving 1 star reviews until I get a call backstar reviews until I get a call back.

While I had my vehicle fixed back in 2016 at the Bayer's Lake location from someone backing into me, the fix started to show it was very poorly done. Rust, denting and severe scratch marks.When I went back to Steele Collision in Bayer's Lake it was closed. I contacted the Livingstone location and I was met with nothing but very positive vibes. It was a completely different experience than 2016 at the Bayer's Lake location.There were no questions asked, there was apologies. The manager is amazing. They fixed the problem from the first attempt and properly resolved the initial issues. My vehicle looks great again.I'm very thankful they honour and back their work with lifetime warranty. Great experience!

My 2017 Jeep Cherokee was scheduled, in collaboration with FCA, for service start date of 2 Feb 2022 and was completed 29 Apr 2022.The water leak was quickly diagnosed by early afternoon next day (3 Feb) with emails stating “water is entering the vehicle in and around front fire wall area and that the main dash will need to be removed and is a labor-intensive type repair”. By Fri 4 Mar I was informed the dash was removed, fire wall area exposed and specific leak areas verified and identified. I was invited to the shop Mon 7 Mar to receive explanation of next steps in addressing the water leak. It was revealed that both the vehicle driver and passenger sides of the firewall had identical manufacture defects causing the issue. The next steps required to completely address the water leak was clearly explained by the manager and technician and why it was necessary. Despite the shops very high work tempo at the time the manager and technician had repairs completed and tested by 29 Apr. The technician debriefed me about all that was done showing pictures he took to ensure accurate re-installation and visual of repairs completed.I am very impressed with the technicians (Mitch) knowledge, expertise and professionalism. The work he did to our Jeep is phenomenal. The amount of care he put into our vehicle to make it right made us very happy and the end product shows. No issues with his work at all.It has been a month since we received our 2017 Jeep Cherokee back. No water after several heavy rainfalls and no unusual sounds detected from the dash/front-end after extensive driving. Top quality work but no customer service. Parts ordered before truck was dropped off but a week later told other parts had to ordered. Had to chase them for the next 3 weeks. No walk through after comedian.

Took over 2 months to get the job done, but that had nothing to do with them. Mazda Canada didn't have the parts and we had to wait. Great customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The end result was amazing. I could not have been happier. Thank you again, as me all the best in 2022

They are soo soo slow and customer service soo bad youbhave call them 100 times and no answer

Brought my Volvo in for a hatch replacement at my correct appointment time, 24hrs hater had received no update so I called, and it took 3 hours to get someone to answer the phone. They told me that they didn't have the parts and for some reason still kept my car for 24hrs and hadn't called to tell me let alone told me before I bothered bringing the car in. Was then told she would let me know the next day what was happening, never received a call and have been trying to get ahold of them for a week as they still have my car and they know I do not live near this dealership to just stop in. Worst customer service I have ever received at an auto repair shop.

I had some front work on my car needs to be done. I went there to get an estimate, they said within a week to get back to me. I called back in 2 weeks time, never answered my calls or messages. 3 weeks passed and no calls no estimate. Waiste of time, stay away and find other reliable shop and there's many around.
