NTI Boilers Inc.

They do not care about their customers at all. Have been getting the run around. They wont send my furnace to the place where my installer can pick it up. I've been waiting 3 weeks. They don't care at all.

I have 4 of NY Thermals units in use in 2 different buildings I own, all are efficient and trouble free. I would buy from this company again and again.

Put in a warrant claim for a leaking heat exchanger on my Trinty TX 4 months ago, still don't have a functional boiler.But they have my $2000.........

Doesn't respond to their customer service lines.

I would like to thank the NTI for my new hot water tank (4.5)gallon , IT is the best little water heater you will ever use .Just hook it up and plug it in and you ready to go . Also you can hook it to the wall or on the floor You will not regret buying one of these handy little water heaters .

I've bought hundreds of nti products and will continue to do so.Great innovation happening at NTI

The unit has no date of fabrication, thus the labeling is not quite legit. It seems to be the American model, a demo sold to a Canadian customer. The unit becomes defective every 3-4 months, with almost 1 month to obtain the spare parts. I already changed the flowmeter, the igniter, the flame rod, the diverter valve, the low pressure sensor, the fenwal block, the both controllers, the thernister, the circulation pump, all these more than once. They changed even the cable harness. NTI stopped to assist and answer to e-mails and calls. When the unit (rarely) works, it races and overheats, thus I have to turn it off, in order to reset its calculation of the boiling points. This wrong calculation and the erratic behaviour wear and destroy some parts and ask a very heavy consumption of propane. The gas combustion test is quite bad. Very unreliable technology. Very bad service. I do not recommend.

Bought 2 new NTI wall hung propane boilers, both failed within first year.NTI will not go good on warranty, they said they were not installed right .I have 10 Apt buildings and 6 rental houses roughly 65 units all together, i also am president of Landlord Associate here in town ,state wide we have , 8 000 members. These boiler were installed by 2 license propane tech, also a 3rd tech from town look at installation and said they were installed correct. I have pictures of these boiler ,they look new NTI will not go good on there warranty. I have 2 other wall hung NTI propane boilers in 2 other buildings older models installed by same tech these boiler have been there 7 years with no issues. Do not buy new boilers from NTI.
