I would give them less then one star if I could. We bought Vinylguard windows, which are supposed to have a lifetime warranty, and the white spacers around the windows have turned yellow within a very short time. Vinylguard refuses to do anything about it. Also they put a mohair seal strip on the window which is not designed properly to eliminate bugs building nests. They will provide you with additional materials which you can install yourself but if the customer does this they void the warranty. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE!!

I bought a new exterior door and 2 exterior windows for my home from Vinylguard. Dave was great to deal with during the buying process. Ryan provided after sale service and Alex and the installation team worked very diligently on install day. Everyone was responsive and willing to help along the way.Thanks Vinylguard team for making our lives easy during this process.

We put all new windows in our house in 2014 from Vinylguard and have constantly had to fix the hardware and mechanisms. We were told these windows had a life time guarantee but when they started to break we were told we were being to rough and they would not honour due to this. We had to pay to have the windows fixed by one of their technicians and when they were fixing our windows one of the techs told me they spend most of their time fixing the windows rather than installing them.We now are replacing 5 windows!
