This place offers everything which makes it great. Massage, counseling, doctors, chiropractic and more. I found the downfall is quality (maybe because so many people go here).For prescriptions for massage or chiro. They charge $25. Which is free at other walk-ins. For treating warts they charge $45 per wart where other doctors offices will do this service free. I guess because it's downtown and a convenient location they do this. Not sure.Their follow-up to customers isn't consistent. For example, I had booked an appointment and didn't receive a call for a reminder or to see if I'd come in etc. but for massage they made sure to send an email and phone reminder.

Dr. Bryan Woo is amazing! I hurt my neck and lower back last year, but had very slow and minimal improvement from my old physio and chiro. I was then recommended to see Dr. Bryan Woo, and I'm glad I did!! He was really informative with the treatments, and what we needed to do to get better! Just after two sessions with Dr. Woo, my neck and shoulders felt so much better! I highly recommend Dr.Woo, and he's also super nice and friendly! I also want to give the office a thumbs up as well. The office looks very professional, and the staff are always helpful and efficient. Thank you Dr. Woo and all the staff there at the clinic!

Walk-in clinic experience will vary depending on who you get - Dr. Surajbali is great, but there is another female doctor who is perhaps the rudest and most condescending doctor I've ever encountered. Tried describing my symptoms and was told I wasn't using medically valid" words (?) and got shooed out. Very rushed and bizarre experience."

I was referred to Simcoe Place Health Clinic by one of my colleagues. I am struggling with a number of pain issues. I was pleasantly surprised by the care, compassion and empathy of the Chiropractor Gillian, Massage Therapist Aymen and most recently the Physiotherapist Nav. Each listened attentively to my concerns and carefully designed a plan to give me the care I needed to heal. I am seeing improvements even though it has been only a few months. More importantly the receptionists particular Sharmica has been instrumental in also listening to my inquiries regarding treatment and referred me to the appropriate therapists mentioned above. I have no regrets. She knows her team and listened to my concerns to provide me the best possible results.

I saw an RMT here for some time named Thuy. She was quite friendly and professional at first, but recently became unresponsive and disengaged when asked questions during treatment. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable without any explanation whatsoever...like I had done something to offend her. Additionally she didn’t really keep any notes and seemed all together very disorganized and disconnected with my progress. Despite the rude bedside manner her soft tissue work was quite good, but I don’t appreciate feeling uncomfortable when seeking therapeutic treatment.

While I normally don't write reviews, I feel people really need to know how wonderful this clinic is! From start to finish, everyone at this clinic has been kind and welcoming. Staff genuinely seem happy which is reflected in their amazing customer service. Their ability to listen to your concerns and offer individualized treatment plans while making you feel comfortable is unparalleled in this field. Thank you SO much!

This was my first time getting acupuncture/cupping. I've been dealing with shin splints for over a year and after attempting several remedies, they kept coming back... until I decided to try out acupuncture and cupping with Alina Rehkopf. She was attentive, knowledgable and happy to entertain my many questions. Her schedule also seems quite flexible so it works well with my work hours. I look forward to continuing treatment with her in the future! Would highly recommend!!

Been going here for a few years now and this is a place where you can feel comfortable. Had some work done with Erin yesterday and she was such a breath of fresh air. Not only was she able to pin point areas that my body need work on but her approach was very light and genuine. All the staff including Dr. Chadah are wonderful and want to help their patients out.

Simcoe Place Health Clinic is more than professional and I would recommend their services highly. Dr. Woo is absolutely amazing. His treatment was exceptional. Additionally, Lindsey, one of the Physical Therapists, is the best in the business. She was professional, kind and has gone above and beyond to help with everything I needed for my injury. Both Lindsey and Dr. Woo not only take pride in their work, but also really care about you as a patient and make you feel as if your health is their top priority, always. The front desk staff is always very nice and helpful as well.
