Experience was hindered by the cashier spending over 15 minutes accusing the woman in front of me of shoplifting and calling the entire store to investigate.The self checkout is awful: loud, too many prompts for a very simple transaction

Had to deal with a rude and belligerent front cashier about a free COVID test kit. The manager corrected the problem quickly but on my exiting the store the female teenage clerk continued to be rude and full of entitled attitude.

Pharmacy was unattended for 10minPharmacist was hiding and ignoring customersOther staff was busy talking to other staff in an isle but you could hear conversation 3 isles away.Pharmacist came out and didn’t want to deal with anyone. Answered one question and walked away from customers.By far worst experience at a pharmacy ever.

My experiences shopping here have always been neutral/positive other than today. A member of staff (who was distracted by their phone up until this point) was extremely rude and condescending to me while I was just trying to shop for some makeup. Overall pretty disappointed.

I am a regular client on this location. The service on this location has gone really bad. I will put the date (January 30, 2022 Sunday 7:09pm) so the management can track this staff who was chatting with a friend who obviously know each other and made us wait so long in the line. I am a very patient person but this girl made us wait for more than 5 minutes just because they were having a good conversation. Me and my partner end up going to the self service to do it ourselves. I am partially disabled and I find the self service is way to low for my back. And I was able to scan and pay all of our items around 3 bags because we bought a lot that night and the cashier girl is still not done with the 3 items that the guy ahead of us bought because they were still endlessly chatting. There were no sense of urgency and I have to tell her that we were waiting for so long and her response was... '' Oh OK!''. I cant imagine that I have to wait that long considering there was only one person ahead of me. And for me to take time to make a review like this only shows how poor the service was.

I was at this location on Tuesday at noon. Absolutely no staff around. Long line of customers lined up to use the 2 self checkouts. An elderly gentleman was struggling to figure out how to use the self checkout and no staff to assist him so I and another customer tried to help after he mistakenly scanned in his item too many times. When we tried to cancel the transaction, machine said he needed staff authorization….he waited and waited and tried to get attention of a staff member. The staff member ignored him. No one came. Poor man gave up, left behind his item, and walked out of store. Also, lady behind me asked a young man who was dressed as employee where the magazines were. His response to her was “I don’t work here”. We then saw him stocking shelves…..clearly worked there??!! There appears to be issues with staff/management at this location.

This location has been nothing but a disappointment since I moved to this area last month. 2 out of the 3 times we poped in for milk I have not felt welcome in the store. Don't understand why I'm being followed around and interrogated as to why I'm even in the store the moment I walk in. This needs to be addressed, don't appreciate feeling rushed and like my business is unwanted.Also upon leaving this last visit my partner was uncomfortable with how close a staff member was standing next to them when PAYING for items. When asked to back away there was laughter from both cashier and security guard.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

This has been our family pharmacy for the last 9 year. I like it because when it time for taxes I just go there and get history of of our expensive medications. Amazing experience for sure.

8:40 am..standing outside store opens at 8 am. Store still not open. Apparently no staff to be able to open store. Good thing you put in soooo many self check outs. Kinda wondering where their management is. Why they aren't here to ensure the store is opened. Asked why they can't put a sign on the door. Was told they are NOT allowed to. What a complete joke. They will let people Stand outside and knock on the windows. If you go into the mall you can see people looking looking at makeup. Is this the staff that should be working in an OPEN store?????

Just got finished at Lifesmiles dental (which has the most amazing staff by the way) and swung by shoppers to pick up some tylenol and tights for work tonight (customer service) and had every single person working profile me because my hood was up. When I inquired as to why everyone was watching me the shorter lady with the red hair was incredibly rude.Just because I am younger and wearing a hood does not mean you have the right to treat or talk to me however you would like.I can’t imagine what it would be like for a teenager or a person of colour shopping there god forbid they need tylenol.
