This is the best sushi in Ottawa, in fact the best I’ve experienced in my life - the family’s passion and dedication to the craft does not go unnoticed. I also appreciate that they use compostable takeout containers. Thank you for everything you do!

Absolutely incredible sushi! Highly recommend the Veggie Futomaki roll. They were so friendly when we went to pick it up and the quality is just amazing!

Really great rolls. Sashimi was fresh, melt in your mouth. Exceptional service even made items that were not on the menu. Worth the price.

Some of the best specialty rolls I’ve tasted in Ottawa. Must get the first roll in my pictures I forget the name but it’s the 3rd one on the menu at their takeout counter under Cherry Blossom. Pretty unique flavours and overall very satisfied, I would come again. Miso soup was also great and piping hot. Great service, so kind! Only tip would be to improve on the rice.

Rice was very well made and the rolls were great. Salmon pieces could be bigger on salmon sushi, but the fish was fresh. I am not sure if they were owners or staff, but they were very kind! I will go back for my sushi cravings :)

We just loved this place. They DO have a few tables to sit, but mostly it’s takeout. The sushi is awesome - the shiitake roll is a must try if you like mushrooms, and I’ve never seen the squid wakame roll anywhere, but it was AHMAZING. Fresh, delicious sashimi. Happy to support small family owned and run business!

Wonderful little sushi place usually for pick up. The owners/chefs are super nice and the food is very delicious. We are vegan and they ensure the selection is both fun and awesome. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: upon reading the response from the management, I’m additional disappointed at the lack of constructive customer response. I take ownership for not requesting the chop sticks but the justification for bad food is simply not acceptable. I have had a lot of sushi in my life and this was not good quality, well made nor worth the price. Also, I would ask that the restaurant refrain from making assumptions on how long it takes for a person to feel ill after consuming their food. Perhaps the restaurant has great food on a regular basis but this was certainly a miss.Feedback- if SkipTheDishes does not provide the best options for your business, please consider other alternatives. Thank youOriginal post-Ordered sushi for delivery from this restaurant, it didn’t include any chop sticks. The delivery options were very limited. For the price, the sushi was bland, everything tasted the same, the soy sauce was very salty and I got sick from the food. Unfortunately not a great experience.
