While in Georgetown decided to pick up some groceries and since saw a metro right there decided to pick up from thereAs I walked in was very impressed with the well organized and neatly displayed countersI could find everything I was looking for good pricesMuch better than some of the other metrosThe cashiers were very friendly and friendlyWas impressed with the social distancing in place and all employees following itGreat experience would actually go there more often

Everyone just kinda stared at me on my first day visiting here, but I found the more I smile & engage. The more friendly everyone becomes! Small city without alot of diversity so I understand. Managers are great with a sense of humour, shelves are always being restocked and its very clean! Ive been doing sampling in the wine section.

I shop here occasionally, if I'm in the area. Usually service is great. Today I waited in a 10 minute lineup to buy a few odds and ends, including some beer. Just as I reached the cash, the cashiers switched and the new one took the Beer and Wine sign down. She told me to go to the self checkout to get my beer. There were about 40 people in the line. The customer service counter wouldn't help me either. All 3 employees were unfriendly and terse. I left the beer and walked next door to the LCBO.

I ran in quickly to get a coffee in a can from the shelf as a “pick me up” as I’m heading back to work it tastes off and noticed the expiry date was LAST YEAR SEPTEMBER 5th 2022 DISGUSTING they don’t rotate the shelves properly

They don’t have a single cashier available off-peak. In the meantime there are 3 employees chatting it up in the customer service area, on their phones, having fun. So much for customer service. They might as well cut those jobs.

Worst grocery shopping experience I've ever had. There were no cashiers. When I asked if one of the checkout lines was opening, I was told management has decided to not staff the checkouts in the evening.So this store is trying to save money by not hiring proper staff, expecting me to do the extra labour of checkout myself (which didn't go smoothly and took twice as long as the shopping itself)... but they don't pass any of this savings along to me. I pay more here than elsewhere, and in return I get inferior service and have to do their work for them.

BRING BACK OUR CASHIERS !!! WE HATE THE SELF CHECK OUTThe Manager and employees at this store are the best you'll ever find. The store is well managed and extremely clean. Please use your employees to be cashiers they add kindness and a personal side of shopping..

Parking lot is always busy and a bit tight. The store is large, bright, clean and well-stocked. There’s also a Starbucks inside.
