I stopped in to the Ontario store to consider a chair for a,friend who has had surgery. Rent-a-Center had one—-a really nice looking recliner that boosts a person up, nearly to a standing position. That night, when I was not at home, my neighbor told me that store manager Joel had been to the house, as I had left my purse in the store…an iPad and wallet were inside. Joel arrived the next morning at my house to DELIVER the purse to me. I was grateful and impressed!

The people at the Ontario branch are amazing. I tell them what I want even if I'm not sure exactly and we manage to find a perfect fit for whatever it is. Bobbi is a really great person and will do anything she cant to help you. The guy and the girl that deliver the items are extremely nice and efficient! They will actually engage in conversation with you as well and the girl actually remembers the conversation the next visit too. Love this place and these people

Absolutely worthless place I wake up this morning I've had to cancel my order through them because the couch had the seams ripping out of it so I decided to cancel and go somewhere else well I just wake up and even though I didn't go through them and I cancelled the couch they took money out of my account this morning!!! I have no idea how or why when I have a piece of paper saying that is canceled but yeah watch out what you buy from them and be careful because they will steal money from you
